The urban, Alpine atmosphere at our Restaurant da Rubi is a perfect backdrop for casual dining at night. Enjoy a different kind of culinary experience with our KOO-linART. Our chef will serve a delightful surprise menu containing three different specialities made from authentic products and a dash of Mediterranean spirit. Your cosy corner of the Alps. We have furnished and decorated our rustic Alpine chalet with great love for detail. In the summer, we serve traditional delicacies from Grisons here; our winter menu features traditional fondue variations. Our gastronomic section is managed by our experienced chef Rudolf Möller, who has been distinguished by GaultMillau. His authentic, honest techniques produce Mediterranean delicacies with a Grisons twist and a delectable je-ne-sais-quoi. Rudolf Möller's cooking philosophy is centred around the use of quality ingredients and close partnership with local producers.
