In the evening, it gets cosy and Alpine: that’s when we serve fondue and raclette with Brigels mountain cheese and other regional delicacies. Lavalino – private hut flair
Lavalino offers evening hut flair in an exclusive setting: for groups of up to 10 people, private dining can be arranged here with a minimum consumption of CHF 800.00. We serve crispy salads, Brigels cheese fondue with potatoes and bread, or raclette with mountain cheese, plus a dessert and wine of your choice. Perfect for cosy evenings spent in style.

The Arc de Brigels is more than just a wine cabinet – it’s an architecturally sophisticated, walk-in wine world. It invites you to stroll through, browse, and linger and presents fine wines in a unique setting.
In the sunny vineyards around Malans, Jenins, Zizers, and Fläsch, grapes ripen that reflect the character of Graubünden: powerful, clear, and yet with a fine elegance.
The wines tell stories of tradition, craftsmanship, and closeness to nature. Our selection is complemented by selected international wines that open up views beyond the Alps.

As the fire crackles quietly in the fireplace, cigar lovers enjoy moments of complete relaxation and stylish tranquillity. After an eventful day in Brigels, an atmosphere unfolds here that invites you to linger – accompanied by a finely hand-rolled La Val cigar and an exquisite glass of Armagnac. Our smoking lounge also offers a fine selection of spirits, including fine rum, characterful whisky, and selected specialities such as port and cognac. The indulgent experience is rounded off by our three in-house cigar varieties from the Dominican Republic, which are prized for their first-class quality and balanced aroma.
