The IP address is used in particular to record the user's country of residence and to preset the language of the website in accordance with this. ADDITIVE+ LANDINGPAGE – Online Marketing and Landing Pages

In addition to our website, we operate optimized sales landing pages in the area of online hotel marketing. For inquiries, bookings, orders, activations, registrations and other form submissions as well as for the storage of your data, we use cloud services, CRM systems and software from ADDITIVE GmbH, 39011 Lana (BZ), Italy ("ADDITIVE"), our hotel marketing agency. The appropriate level of data protection results from order processing agreements with the respective companies.

Our landing pages use Google Analytics from Google Inc. ("Google") to analyze website usage. Your IP address is recorded, but immediately anonymized, e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits, so that only rough localization is possible. You can prevent the transmission of usage-related data to Google by installing the following browser plugin: Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.

ADDITIVE has insight into the data collected by Google Analytics and uses it exclusively for the analysis of website usage and for the evaluation of our marketing and sales measures.

Our websites and landing pages also use ADDITIVE functions to record the use of our websites across channels as well as marketing and sales measures such as landing pages, newsletters and social media presences. Data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Our legitimate interest lies in improving our offer and website presence by analysing website usage as well as marketing and sales measures.

Our landing pages and website also use remarketing functions of Google Inc. and Meta Platforms Inc., in order to display interest-based advertising to visitors in the Google advertising network as well as on Facebook and Instagram. Data processing in connection with these remarketing functions is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent). When you visit our landing pages, a banner indicates cookies for these remarketing functions; only by clicking on the corresponding button do you agree to their use. You can revoke your consent at any time via the cookie information on the respective landing page.

ADDITIVE+ MARKETING AUTOMATION – Direct Marketing

For customer loyalty as well as for the sale of services and additional services, we use hotel marketing automation software from ADDITIVE GmbH for marketing and sales automation for hotels. Data from enquiries, bookings, orders, activations, registrations and other form submissions are analysed in order to automatically submit offers to you. You can object to the use of your data for this purpose at any time via the unsubscribe link in the respective message. Data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest) – our legitimate interest lies in avoiding competitive disadvantages, improving our brand awareness and maximizing our economic success.

ADDITIVE+ COUPONS

You can buy vouchers via an online voucher system via our website. To process your purchase and to store your data, we use the voucher software of ADDITIVE GmbH in the area of voucher marketing tourism. Your data will be processed and stored within the EU or the EEA and are required for the fulfilment of the contract. Data is only transmitted to third parties for the purpose of debiting the purchase price and to our tax advisor for the fulfilment of tax obligations. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

ADDITIVE+ NEWSLETTER

You can subscribe to our newsletter. For this purpose, we need your e-mail address and your consent to receive the hotel newsletter via ADDITIVE GmbH. For targeted information, we also process voluntary information on areas of interest, name, date of birth and region or country of origin. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to confirm your registration. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link.

For secure shipping, ADDITIVE uses the service provider "Sinch Mailjet", Paris, France. Your data will be processed and stored by these services, at least in part, outside the EU or the EEA; the appropriate level of data protection results from the order processing agreement concluded. 7) Disclosure of data to third parties

LA VAL HOTEL & SPA will only pass on your personal data if you have expressly consented, if there is a legal obligation to do so, or if this is necessary to enforce the rights of LA VAL HOTEL & SPA.

LA VAL HOTEL & SPA uses ADDITIVE+ MARKETING INSIGHTS on this website, a performance evaluation and analysis software to optimize marketing measures on the basis of current data and to make reservations as well as sales generated by the marketing system measurable. It is used without a PMS connection as tracking for all conversions of the campaigns (and third-party providers), such as visits to the landing page/website, inquiries, online bookings, voucher purchases, newsletter registrations, etc. In order to evaluate the sales generated, a direct connection of the ADDITIVE+ CRM to the PMS system or a manual import based on exported data is necessary.

12) Transfer of personal data abroad

LA VAL HOTEL & SPA is also entitled to transfer your personal data to third parties (commissioned service providers) abroad, provided that this is necessary for the data processing described in this privacy policy and if this does not seriously endanger the personality of the data subjects.

These third-party companies are obliged to protect data to the same extent as LA VAL HOTEL & SPA.
