Uncomplicated casual dining and urban-alpine atmosphere.
Open daily during our seasonal periods, we serve the daytime menu with our legendary tarte flambée in the "da Rubi" restaurant from midday until 5.30 pm. In the evening we offer you your favourite dish from the evening menu, as well as traditional fondue or raclette with cheese from the region.
When the weather is fine, the whole programme is also available on the sun terrace.

For true raclette enthusiasts, we have a special highlight in store: Our legendary raclette, accompanied by our house wine, creates a relaxed dinner that has already delighted plenty of mouths.
Bright sunshine? No problem! Our program also extends to our inviting sun terrace, where you can enjoy the delights of alpine cuisine in the open air. And for the perfect end to an unforgettable evening, we cordially invite you to our Sunset Lounge. International cuisine and regional products – does that sound like a contradiction in terms? Not at all: it’s our recipe for success! Ten different cheeses from the village dairy, milk fresh from our Brigels cows, Grisons salami and meat specialities from Schmed the village butcher, bread and pastries from Gabriel, the village baker… and all our fruit and vegetables are sourced in Switzerland.
